About Campora

India's dedicated student accommodation marketplace connecting college students with verified PGs, hostels, and shared stays.

Our Mission

Finding safe, affordable, and transparent student housing near campus should be straightforward and stress-free. Every year, millions of college students relocate to unfamiliar cities only to face high-pressure street brokers, misleading photos, unreturned deposits, and surprise utility markups.

Campora was founded to eliminate these exploitative practices. We rebuilt student housing discovery around physical verification, 100% transparent pricing terms, direct landlord communication, and zero brokerage charged to students.

What We Provide

• Listing Review: Properties undergo basic listing verification for student amenities, contact information, and rent terms before approval.
• Zero Student Brokerage: Students pay zero brokerage fees to Campora. You connect directly with accommodation owners.
• Campus Focus: Explore accommodations near major educational institutions, starting with our initial focus in Bhubaneswar near ITER SOA University.
• Direct In-Person Visits: Contact property owners directly, schedule physical room inspections, and verify conditions before making any payment.

For Property Owners

Campora provides PG and hostel operators with modern tenant onboarding, booking coordination, and direct connection with verified university students without paying middleman commissions.
